After reports of Best Buy selling Super Mario Galaxy before street date (Nov.13), we’ve been able to confirm that some copies are making their way to Mario fans around the United States. Some other reports of the game being sold at smaller game vendors, and other stores such as Walmart have also been confirmed.

Not all Best Buys are breaking the street date, as I’ve already checked one near my location (Just north of Atlanta, GA), and another fan has reported that Best Buy can face penalties of up to $25,000 per copy sold early.
